Terms & Conditions
Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully and make sure that you understand them before placing an order with Moments & More. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
These Terms and Conditions will apply to any contract between Moments & More and the client for the sale of goods and services to you. Your acceptance of our quote and thus a booking with us will take place when you place your order (by a deposit payment) and return a signed copy of these Terms and Conditions, at which point a contract will come into existence between yourself and Moments & More. If you refuse to accept or dispute these terms and Conditions, Moments & More will not be able to supply goods and services to you. These are general terms & conditions, and stand unless other terms have been agreed otherwise between designer and client.
ESTIMATES & PAYMENT TERMS
Moments & More will provide an estimate upon consultation of design brief for your stationery. For bespoke designs we will provide a complimentary clarity consultation to determine the scope of the project. Following this, Moments & More will put a bespoke quote together.
Upon arrival of the estimate sent by Moments & More, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the estimated cost will be required by a date stated on the invoice, before any design work can begin and for the order to be confirmed. In some cases, where print/manufacturing numbers or brief can’t be confirmed until a later stage, the entire amount of the design fee is payable as a deposit, and the printing/manufacturing cost will be calculated before print. An invoice will be sent by Moments & More with details of the brief and payment terms. Missed deadline for payment will result in a delay to the project timelines for artworking and thereafter, printing and delivery. The deposit is non-refundable and will therefore be lost for any cancellations of service under any circumstances.
The final balance is variable and dependant on the final design and requirements. Any changes that incur costs will be logged and you will be notified throughout the process. These will then be added on to your final invoice. Once the order has been confirmed, any major changes to design and printing requirements, that have otherwise not been discussed nor agreed may also have additional fees. Before we send your artwork to print, we require the remaining balance outlined in the final invoice and final confirmation of approval by email. We will not go to print until this balance has been paid and formal confirmation received.
All costs are quoted in and are to be paid in Pounds Sterling by bank transfer. Bank details will be provided on the invoice sent by Moments & More. Moments & More cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery because of late payments. A delay in final invoice payment will result in a delay to print timelines, deadlines, and delivery for which Moments & More cannot be responsible.
TIMINGS
We will endeavour to respond to your initial enquiry within 48 hours. Moments & More will provide a rough timeline for work and will notify the Client of the scheduled delivery date. Once an order is confirmed, a timeline is created for project milestones, and you will be sent calendar invites with important deadlines. It is important that the client notifies Moments & More immediately if they are unable to work to the schedule. Any delay in supplying feedback, providing copy, or approving proofs/artwork may result in a delay to your order.
For House Range Designs, please allow 2 - 4 weeks from placing the initial order to delivery of your complete stationery. For bespoke designs, please allow 4-6 weeks from placing the initial order to delivery of your completed stationery. Moments & More will always try to accommodate stricter or changing timescales, but there may be additional fees, particularly for express services. Please mention your timescale at your initial enquiry. Moments & More are a service-led business and thus will only accommodate orders that fit within the business schedule. We can accommodate orders needed in a shorter time frame, but a fast-tracked fee may be applied.

E-INVITATIONS
We offer E-invitation creation as part of our service. With notice, we are also able to provide your artwork for printed invitations as e-invitations and this fee is included in your quote. Changes to design between printed artwork and e-invitations will incur a fee. These changes will be charged at artworking hourly rate.
E-invitation creation is priced per hour of artworking to create your final file and takes into consideration the number of pages that need to be designed. The final format is a PDF copy and can also be a jpeg and are intended for use to send as an attachment on whichever platform you choose. If you need another format, we would be happy to create this for you at no extra fee unless considerable time is taken to create it.
We do not offer website creation. You will be sent PDF proofs with watermarks throughout the process of designing and the same number of edits for hard-copy invitations/artwork applies to e-invites. Please refer to ‘Proofs and artwork’ section for this.
A 50% deposit is taken upon confirmation of the order and the remaining is due before artwork is sent to print.

PROOFS & ARTWORK
PDF proofs and final artwork will be sent via email, or WeTransfer for bigger files. We do not at any stage offer printed proofs however sample packs can be purchased for £9 for a selection of our range designs (not personalised).
Great care is taken to ensure all information is accurate, however ultimately it is the responsibility of the client to check layout, copy, spelling and grammar. If designs are approved with type errors and then printed, the designer will take no responsibility and will not be liable for any resulting costs. If replacements are required, then they will be charged for in full. It is therefore of the upmost importance that you check all spelling and copy thoroughly before approving any designs. It is imperative that you follow the guidelines given by the designer for providing the information for your stationery, i.e all copy for invitation inserts must be supplied on a Word document.
All house range invites are printed 300gsm stocked card as standard. If you require a thicker stock or different paper stock, please notify us upon initial enquiry. Moments & More can accommodate large range of paper stocks/materials however pricing will vary.
All house range invitations are printed on A5 (unless otherwise specified).
Please note that the colour on your screen may differ from any printed colour, each screen is collaborated differently, and this is particularly noticeable on phones and tablets.
It is therefore advisable to print off all PDF proofs and final artwork before giving your approval. This will help to ensure you are aware of the scale and that all font sizes work for you. However, please note here will be a noticeable difference between the quality of personal printing against the product of professional printing.
After artwork has been sent to print, any further changes will be an additional £50 or more depending on the changes. This applies to ALL the stationery.
Text changes - Invitations
Moments & More offer 2 additional text changes once the initial PDF proofs are sent across. This means:

Design changes - Bespoke
Upon confirmation of the order, Moments & More will provide an initial mock-up of design.
We offer 3 additional design individual changes to bespoke designs. Additional charges after that will incur a £15 charge.
Providing print-ready artwork for print elsewhere
We are able to provide your artwork as a print-ready file so that you are able to use your own personal printing services, however a set-up and release fee of £60 is payable in order for us to set up your artwork into the correct setup for printing. We will not and never will provide raw editable design files, only print-ready PDF’s.
MATERIALS & QUALITY
If a different quality of material is desired, please ask and we can advise accordingly. Please note that prices can vary dependant on sizes, materials, stocked card thickness, type of card, and type of printing (foiling, lithography, embossed, letterpress etc). We can advise what will work within the budget that you set out if a budget is set.
MINIMUM ORDERS
There is a minimum order of 40 invitations for bespoke designs. This is due to the time involved in creating artwork and printer minimum quantities. It is advisable to order all invitations (day and night, bride and groom etc) at the same time to avoid any additional special-order fees. If additional orders are received for fewer than 25 of an items, a special order fee will apply. All inserts will be printed in multiples of 10 so if for example you require 56 wedding cards, you will have to purchase 60 wedding cards.
DELIVERY & COSTS
The utmost care will be taken when packaging up your stationery for delivery. There is a rare possibility that there may be an issue with the printed artwork or the delivery; this can cause delays, but we will keep you informed of any changes or delays to the delivery. Moments & More will not be responsible for the delay due to printing errors; however, we will endeavour to get every issue resolved as soon as possible. Bespoke invitations will take 1-2 weeks to print depending on the type of invitation. If there are any errors or issues with your order, please send photographic evidence within 7 working days of delivery or we will not be able to rectify this issue for you and you will have to pay in full for any changes. We strongly advise that as soon as you receive your package, you open it up to check for any issues.
On the rare occasion that the delivery courier has lost or damaged your parcel, we will endeavour to rectify the issue or send out replacements (depending on the product), however we will need photographic evidence of the issues including any packaging issue so that we can raise a claim with the courier. Ultimately in these circumstances, the courier may be at fault so we will assess the next steps case by case. In instances where the issue cannot be resolved and your stationery not deemed usable, Moments & More would offer a 10% refund.
COPYRIGHT
All stationery artwork and designs remain the copyright of Moments & More Ltd, and they may not be reproduced in any form without prior written permission from Moments & More Ltd. Any improper or illegal use of the stationery, artwork or designs or any other intellectual property rights will be pursued.
Artwork may be watermarked in the design phase and where we present our work such as social media and our website.
It is the clients’ responsibility to get permission to reproduce any copyrighted material, which are to be featured in the stationery. You shall indemnify Moments & More on written demand in respect of any third party claims that material provided by you infringes that third party’s copyright.
All artwork produced is the property of Moments & More and CAN NOT be used, edited or printed without consent.
All files sent across to clients over email are for proof purposes ONLY and CAN NOT be used, edited or printed (unless for proofing purposes) without consent.
Moments & More Ltd reserve the right to use any stationery created for you to promote Moments & More products and services. However, your contact (inclusive of email addresses and venue addresses if a personal residence) details will never be shared with third parties. By signing this contract, you hereby agree to Moments & More Ltd using any stationery created for you to promote their products and services on social media, website and in person. No contact details will ever be shared.
Moments & More Ltd reserves the right to have their name ‘Moments & More’ or website address ‘www.momentsnmore.com’ displayed on your printed product. This is usually a discrete watermark at the bottom of back of the card (not intruding any design). If you wish to not have this displayed on your invitations, a fee of £30 will be applied per artwork to remove it.
These Terms and Conditions are between you and Moments & More. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms, whether under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise.
These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in relation to them) shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
